Shipping & Returns

Production and shipping

Orders enter production shortly after purchase. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Tracking is sent when the carrier accepts the package.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and peak-season volume can extend delivery times.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Once production or shipment begins, changes may not be possible. Customers are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with household members and the carrier before contacting us.

Returns, exchanges, and order problems

Because products are printed especially for each order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for ordering the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Review the size guide before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we may provide a replacement or refund. Do not mail an item back unless we first provide return instructions.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order problem was our error. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
